Which Power Supply is THE most efficient and reliable under $80 ?

Hey Guys!!
So I'm building my very first PC and I'm stuck up on choosing a PSU.
I'm using an i3-8100(I might upgrade to an i7 later on) and an evga gtx 1060 6gb.
I had the corsair vs550 in mind but i read reviews saying they are the worst.
So please help me select the right one.
