The p11 has terrible 5v ripple suppresion past 300w and the load regulation is markedly worse then the cxm. The overall ripple of the p11 is also considerably higher then the cxm at every load state. The p11 does have excellent hold up time, but the inrush current is far too high.

Out of the two, get the cxm.

Ram 2x8 vengeance 3200mhz
Gpu rx580 4gb

The cx550 would be better, especially the one made by CWT, model number is rps0054. The ripple suppression and transient response along with load regulation is in general better. The CX is usually supposed to be around the same price as the cxm or even cheaper, but non-modular.
If you can't find the cx for a similar price as the cxm, then the cxm will be fine as well.

Is there a difference between cx550 green
And the grey cx550
And if so witch one is better?

cx green is based on old group regulated topology and is overall poor, the cx grey is llc and dc to dc, so quite good.
