Which power supply should I go for ?

Dear friends,

I'm looking for a new power supply, I'm not sure which build I'll make for my PC but I'm already checking for some power supplies, note the two options below:
Option 01

Also, if you have any idea of what power supply could be better but with not huge difference on $, your advise is very welcome!

For an i5, ryzen 5 with a 150w gpu, I would go for the cx 750.

For an i7, ryzen 7 with a 200+w gpu, I would look for a 650w good gold rated psu.

But yes, like the post above said, list ur pc components.
