Which Power Supply to choose?

Recently my PSU corsair VS450 failed. Now I'm confused which PSU to choose: Corsair (CX or VS) or Seasonic S12II BRONZE 430W.
Specs:
intel PENTIUM E5500 @2.8 GHz
2x2GB ddr2 800MHz RAM
1x250GB seagate barracuda 7200rpm
1x Amd Radeon HD 5750
1x Optical drive(DVD-/+RW)
1xKeyboard & mouse.
I live in India. Need your help guys.

Why do corsair use low grade capacitors & sell for more price ?

1 HDD, 1 SSD & 1 Optical drive
2x8GB ddr3 1866mhz

You can get a tier one EVGA 750 G2 right now for $90 after the rebate, and future proof your system to a degree, assuming it will fit. It's a fully modular gold rated supply with an excellent reputation.

EVGA is not available in India. Choices are Corsair,Antec, Cooler Master & Seasonic.
