Which powerline adapter is better?

I've been trying to decide between 2 powerline adapter kits.
Belkin F5D4085 AV500
ZyXEL PLA4205 AV500 GbE kit

I have a 100 mbps plan and a Cisco Linksys E4200 router. The router is 27 ft/ 9 m and is a floor below from where i will have my powerline adapter. Also, if it helps, I've been using Smallnetbuilder comparision chart to get a general idea.

Any feedback, suggestions, etc. is greatly appreciated.

Both are very good, but if I was buying either of them I would go with the ZyXEL as I have had good experience with that brand of routers. But then again, its like asking someone for what is the best car.. 10 people would say 10 different cars
