Question Which pre built pc is best under $4000?

I want buy pre built pc under $4000 to play AAA games at 1440p settings.

Is there a reason you don't build it yourself? You can generally build a much better system for a lot less than you can buy a prebuilt for.

My 10 year old nephew just built his first system, and he's not some super brainy kid, so if he can do it, pretty much anybody can unless you are the type with ten thumbs and no patience.

Of course. But let's answer some questions first.

What country are you ordering from?

Do you have a preference when it comes to AMD vs Intel, or just whichever gets you the most bang for the buck?

Are you going to want to run an air CPU cooler or an AIO liquid cooled CPU cooler? AIO liquid cooled will generally make for a cleaner build and is probably a bit easier to install, but unlike an air cooler these AIO coolers usually don't last more than about five years before needing to be replaced whereas an air cooler will generally last a very long time, perhaps forever, aside from maybe an occasional fan replacement.

Are you looking for a bunch of RGB lighting or are you mostly concerned only about quality and performance, or both?

Do you have a preference on the type of case, as in, what color, tempered glass, what size (mid tower, full tower, micro tower, mini ITX, etc.)

Any other preferences?

I would probably go with a high end boutique shop like Maingear, Digital Storm, or Falcon Northwest if you don't want to build it yourself. You pay a premium, but they are quite well made. You would be looking at $5000 plus for a system pre-assembled.

Nothing wrong with that build, in fact, considering what is available in UAE from what I can see, pretty close to what I'd have suggested, but I'd do a few changes personally. And if you do end up building it yourself, you might want to look to local shops for a better power supply because the only reason we've included the Phanteks AMP 750w is because it is the ONLY power supply showing on PC partpicker for the UAE region. It's not a bad unit, but it's also not very quiet based on reviews due to an aggressive fan profile. But, you could certainly do worse than that one.

Either build would be totally suitable. As far as a prebuilt, since I don't know where you can buy through and most of what you can get through Amazon and Newegg aren't particularly great for prebuilt systems, that part would be hard to say.

Don't even know if there ARE any available there or who sells them.

Normally I say buy when you need to. However when spending that much I would probably feel a little sour when the new gpu’s launch in the next 3-6 months and likely have a decent bump in performance over the current cards.

That's true, but, it will likely be somewhat longer before somebody sees those new models available in the UAE than we would in many western countries, and, from what I've read there are going to be significant increases in power draw on the new cards. Since that PSU is already the only one we see available through PCPP as it is, and it's right about where it needs to be for current gen 3080 ti, any kind of increased need might make finding a suitable power supply a bit more of a problem.

But, it's still a valid point. Guaranteed though that the prebuilt systems will take even longer to see the inclusion of that newer hardware too though. But if you aren't needing to build right this moment, it could be worth waiting although I'm willing to bet next Gen cards are going to see some pretty sharp increases in price over what we've finally fallen back down to with current Gen cards.

Especially in that region.

@minitechtips call local PC shops including repair shops and ask them how much they will charge you to build your PC if you bring them the components. I doubt they would charge more than $200 for this. Just remember you want to run Windows 11 with these Intel Alder Lake cpu's
