Which problems are safe to clean out my registry?!

I was wondering which items are safe to clean, If any. Missing shared DLL, Unused file ext, ActiveX/COM, unused reg keys, App Paths issue, Obsolete software key, invalid firewall rule/reference? Please help out much thanks.

If your registry cleaner marks them as safe to remove, then you can do so. Basically, a registry entry tells your computer what to do or where to find certain files, and if those files no longer exist then they are safe to remove.
