Question Which processor and ram can I upgrade in my lga 775 i915gms/910gml chipset mobo?

Actually I was thinking to upgrade my pc and I am confused which processor and ram will support on my mobo.

I was thinking to upgrade my PC under a tight budget of 2000 rupee and i want to only upgrade the ram and the processor and I am so confused with my mobo that which processor and ram will support on my mobo. Also I am not getting clue on the internet about anything regarding my mobo and processor.

The max reported would be an E7500 on CPU Userbenchmark, any other info im unable to find in any way tho, the google spits out always the mobile chiptset...
