Which Processor, Chipset & GPU is better for Android Phones

Hello,
As i have decided to buy my first ever Android phone & my budget is 10000 INR.So i have finalized the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, as some website claim that it has Snapdragon 400 & Adreno 305 but as i have watched the review on youtube & i came to know that it has Spreadtrum & Mali but i don't have knowledge regarding this. So my question is which is better.

This will depend on what you do with your phones. snapdragon 400 and 2 gigs should be ok for the average user. you could get the 64 bit version for future proofing your phone. anything more is only for gamers and photographers.
