Which Processor Does one Choose

Which is a better processor i54570K or AMD FX8350 for sake of Gaming, coding in android and Simulating circuits?

I5 4670K.

None of those are very multithreaded heavy usage. Which puts the I5 in a better position due to much better single core performance.

The i5 is a much much better processor... though if you aren't going to overclock it, getting a non-K series processor will save you money

Fair enough. BUt im not too into video or frame rendering. So..
