Which is best processor for gaming 4k or 8k, future proof, have high p cores and e cores? processor which is coming or has released please tell
best cpu

4K gaming, pretty much any decent CPU will work. All the hard work will be done by the GPU.

7800X3D if you are only gaming.
i7-14700k or 7950X if you also want to do some heavier processing.

Can't really justify the 13900K/14900K unless you just want the highest clocking processor available.

Yeah there's no reason to justify purchasing an i9 at the moment, especially if you saw JayZTwoCents' latest video.

The 7800X3D is your overall best bet CPU right now, and i7-14700K isn't too bad for gaming either. I have both a 7800X3D system and a 13700K system and both have their strengths and weaknesses, but I do like my 7800X3D system slightly better.

I'm not even sure that next gen consoles will bother with 8K, seems insurmountable at the moment. Not even PC hardware that can tackle it today with any sort of reasonable frame rate.

4K 120hz is probably the focus for now. And PC enthusiasts will push towards 4K 240hz. (8K 60hz, basically)

My point is that they might change something fundamental with the way they use the CPU, or they might introduce the need for NPU, or whatever the new hotness will be at the time.

4090 is currently the best available today.
Tomorrow, or soon thereafter there will be something better, but if you wait for that, you will wait forever.

If you have a 4090 budget, buy the strongest processor your wallet will permit.
The 4090 presents the frames, but it is the cpu that generates them.
Games will only use a handful of cores. That is why the X3d amd processors are so effective.
The downside is that the optimization makes them not so good for anything else.
Multiplayer games can use more threads, for example.

With a high budget, I would look at the Intel I9-14900KS
It is a binned 14900K which has a top clock of 6.2ghz.

You see alarmist comments about cooling needs, but for gamers who are using just a handful of cores that is not necessarily true. Intel processors are designed to run at 100c.
The drop off in performance is not all that great with a less than great cooler.
And, remember that you are starting off from a higher performance to begin with.
To put things in perspective, here is an article on 13900K with less than top coolers:
