I have the following motherboard.
AM1M-S2H
I bought a very slow processor.
AMD SEMPRON 2650 APU 1.45 GHZ
I need a processor with 2.0 Ghz or better but help me find the cheapest one, i have less to spend on this.
I'm not a gamer i just want to make pc work for normal things.

Note : I have this PSU : SMPS TECHNO PLUS 450 20+4PIN SATA

if this is a gigabyte motherboard (which the model number drings up from google). you can go to this link and under support you can get a list of what CPU's that motherboard supports. but just because its 2.0ghz doesn't mean it will be any faster then what you have now. Chromebooks have better performance then a PC with that CPU

Corwin nailed it. Because while faster CPUs for your motherboard do exist, they are not actually not very fast. They will be very old stock which has been sitting on the shelves for years or used in an unknown state of repair. The problem there is you can't easily test pulls not that the equipment might be used.
A used complete system with a faster CPU such as a i5-2500k, i7-3770 or so on might be a good idea. These older intel systems are much faster than the older AMD systems and can often be had for next to nothing. This past year I bought two for 150 each for my kids.

While the answer is likely the same (stay with what you have), the question no one has posed is, do you have a discrete graphics card installed in that system or are you using the APU (motherboard) outputs to connect your display?

If you're using the APU's graphics, you will need another APU (or a discrete graphics card as a replacement). This rules out the Athlon X4 processors. This makes the Athlon 5370 APU the best processor for your system. However, at the prices I'm seeing for that processor, you could practically build an entirely new system.

Even if you do have a discrete graphics card installed, I'm not finding either of the compatible Athlon X4 processors available for purchase.

The difference between the one you have now and the best one is very small. Better to start just fresh since those things perform the same as a 10 year old core 2quad pc but often even worse.
