which psu can i get for my rig?

my rig is
amd fx4100
asus m5a88m mobo
transcend 4gb 1333mhz
his radeon 6850 1gb ddr5
wd 500gb 7200rpm sata
lg dvd drive
stock coolers in cpu,gpu and two 80mm cabinet fans(side and rear)
my old psu is 550w of some cheap brand.I want to upgrade that to any genuine brand which should also be optimum in performance and price.As I am in India,suggest me any psu and my budget is around rs.4000.

fine.but how about corsair cx600 and what difference does it make from corsair vs650?

thanks to sr-71 blackbird ans sn1992 for posting responses.I am clear on my purchase which seasonic has good reviews and corsair vs 650 also but i would like to go with vs 650 as it may leave a room for upgrading.
