Which PSU do I need?

Here is my PC part list https://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ and I am not sure if I should get a 1200 watt PSU or an 860 watt PSU.

Dear lord,that build is beastly.. nah it isnt word for it, its TITANIC! Think that 850W will handle it smoothly, unless you want 3 way SLI or smth. Really ain't needed 2X GTX 980 can handle any game on ultra, dual monitor gaming,4K gaming well.. mostly anything.
