Does the sparkle have a bottom fan? Amd recommends a psu that has the lower fan, for heat removal. It does make the chip run 5-10c cooler.

Power supply wattage calculator results: 445W (244W on +3.3v & +5v rails).

I think the fortron looks better - higher end, dual fan, etc... would the 350 be ok for my system or should I look at the 400?

After about 6 hours of internet research I'm pretty sure I'm buying the antec true480 power supply. Good choice? All the reviews seem to think so, lol.

Go with the Antec 480 or Fortron 400.

I like Antec, I have a pure power 550W. The reason is I calculated my needs to be 400+ and I wanted additional headroom for future expansion and needs.
Always overbuild and you will be ready for whatever tomorrow brings.
