Antec NE 650M looks decent
Corsair CX650 I know is good.

CORSAIR CX650 is easily the best from the list.
It's a 2017 model , very good.

Wouldn't even consider any of the others.

Is the CORSAIR CX650 is better than THERMALTAKE SMART RGB 600W and GIGABYTE P650B?
*Reason for asking is because the guy at a store nearby said that Gigabyte has a better fan something called fluid bearing or something and asking about thermaltake because it has RGB no other reason

You should care less about the fan (sleeve, ball bearing, or fluid bearing) than the actual electrical components that make up the voltage regulation inside the PSU.

Overall quality of the CX Corsair 2017 model is superior.
