The corsair vs will do the job - its not the best but is 100x better than that zebronic.

How much output will i get?(i think i will not get fully 550watt,,,,,,it must be less)

The gtx 970 is incapable of using more than 200w.
That limit is hard locked by nvidia.
Even an 8 core fx with a 970 would run fine on a vs550 if you are on a tight budget.
The seasonic i7baby posted above is a better quality PSU though.
