[SOLVED] Which PSU is better for my build?

-Ryzen 5 2600
-GT 1030
-8gb 2666mhz ddr4

And i want to upgrate my GPU and RAM for GTX 1650 and 16gb. So which should i choose?

CM MasterWatt 650 80+ Bronze - 70USD
Corsair Vengeance Series 650M 80+ Silver - 91USD
or
Corsair SF Series SF450 80+ Gold - 93USD

I know i can buy something better, but in my country there aren´t PSUs like Seasonic, Antec or EVGA.

the problem is the SF is a small form factor and the other two are ATX.
the choice will be made by your chassis. if the case is small form factor the only choice is the SF.
if the chassis is ATX the only decent choice is the Vengenace unit.

Btw, Seasonic Focus 550w 80+ Gold is better than Vengeance right? cause i saw it on Amazon and its cheaper.

yes it is. if you can get the seasonic focus I would.

DONT upgrade to a GTX 1650, go buy RX 570 which costs less(In some country) and peforms way more better.
And go for a 3200MHz Ram to maximize your gaming experience.

Get RX 570 or RX 580 or GTX 1660 if you are hell bent on Nvidia. All have similar performance but Nvidia is considerably more expensive. RX 570 or 580 is best VFM card you can buy

2nd, buy a 3000 MHz RAM, prices are not much different and Ryzen 5 can do 2900 MHz spec-wise.

Your welcome, And if you decide to buy a 3200MHz ram remember to set the speed to 3200MHz in your BIOS because some 3200MHz ram is set to 2400MHz by default.
And dont forget to check your motherboard compatibility with your new RAM so that it can support 3200MHz
NOTE : Faster ram speed gives you 5 %- 10% more FPS
