Solution
I did a little digging around the net and found a little info that may help. FSP power supplies are a budget solution psu, however, I could not find any true reviews saying anything terribly negative about them. In fact, on a thread in LinusTechTips it was mentioned that FSP may actually be a manufacturer that provides units for other companies such as Silverstone, OCZ, Antec, Thermaltake, Zalman, CM, etc...so maybe there are contract agreements that keep FSP from offering their higher end units under their own name, but have allowed them to enter the market with budget units that won't impact the market share of the other offerings. Either way, the Enermax is a more trusted brand, but whether or not that is a result of marketing, or...
well yea, as far as i know FSP is still a new brand. but currently thats my only option for now because its hard to looking for varient parts on my country. and buying online is out of option since i dont have a credit card to do so.
thanks for the input man.

Here is a link that may help. The enermax tested is a little different than the one you are looking at, but I think there may still be pertinent information:

I hope this helps!
