I found these two PSUs that I like and I can't find any differences. The price is similar. Which one is the better choice
Corsair cx series cx750m 750w atx12v v2.3 80 plus bronze
Evga 110-B2-0752-vr 80 plus bronze 750w
Simple the CX, CXM, CS and CSM corsair power supplies are complete shit in terms of quality the EVGA B2 is a much better buy. this coming from a guy who bought the CX850m and EVGA G2 850w
Well I have a Corsair CX750M that replaced a "better" dead 750TX series. It was a surprise gift from a friend, and I was not about to say "thanks for the crap PSU buddy!" So far, it has run my primary rig like a champ and there is very little ripple. It's been rock solid in my rig that has both overclocked CPU and GPUs in SLI. I'm leery of cheap PSUs and keeping an eye on the output of this one in a dedicated CPU-Z window when gaming.
But I'd have rather spent my money on the EVGA B2 just from their support alone over Corsair let alone the better Seasonic core components used in the EVGA B2 and G2 series PSUs. When in doubt, always go to the gods of PSU testing authority, Johnny Guru.
