Which PSU is better?

Hey, I was just wondering what psu is better.

Antec VP-700P 700W

or

Cooler Master B2 Series 700W

Neither of those two are very good. Would choose the Antec.

I would stay away from the Antec VP series. They are tier 3 on the tom's hardware PSU hierarchy which is sort of the minimum acceptable quality you would use but these supplies don't even get an 80 plus rating.
The Cooler Master B version 2 series are a newer supply without detailed reviews yet. Quality might be a little better than the Antec VP series but not much.

You would be better to get a lower wattage supply of better quality. 700W is too much for any single GPU system and you wouldn't trust either of these supplies in a system with multiple GPUs.

What is your CPU and graphics card?

Some 600W to 650W suggestions. Depending on your components you may be able to go lower.

EVGA B2 750W (they don't make a 650W and this supply is great value)

Running those components at stock speeds, a good 400W supply would be fine.
Allowing for an overclocked processor and a 250W graphics card upgrade, a 550W supply would be ok.
I think the 600W to 650W range I mentioned in the previous post is good for what you want.
