Which PSU Is Better?

I'm in the process of creating a new parts list for a computer to be used for light gaming and general video/music. Parts list so far is: Antec 900 case, Gigabyte P35-DS3P, Crucial Ballistix 2GB DDR-800, EVGA GTS8800 320MB, Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD7500AAKS 750GB internal drive, Western eSATA 500GB external drive, DVD/CD writer, Win XP Pro, mild to little overclocking of CPU...etc
What I need help with is the last few pieces of the puzzle - PSU and CPU fan/cooler.
I've narrowed my choices in these areas to the following. Please make alternate suggestions if appropriate and explain why:
PSU - Corsair 620HX 620W Or OCZ GameXstream OCZ700GXSSLI ATX12V 700W Power Supply 100 - 240 V - Retail. Newegg has the Corsair for $169.99 after rebate and the OCZ for $115 after rebate. Is the Corsair that much better than the OCZ for the extra money???
CPU fan/cooler - I'm alittle more foggy in this area...Thermaltake ultra 120 extreme Or Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler Or Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler. Pls let me know if which one is best or if there is a better choice all together.

The 620w is better.
But get it here or someplace other than NewEgg.

I don't know the deal on NewEgg and PSUs, but they tend to be over-priced. Most other products are decently priced.

I had to make the same PSU choices as youXX...

except, the 620 was 89$ at Clubit a week ago...It's 119$ now...still an outrageous deal= 5$ more than ocz.

I heard the OCZ had some rippling problems...

If your budget allows, check out Antecs Quattro 850 watt. Excellent reviews and a cool racing strip and sleaved cables. My Zalman 9700 arrived yesterday. What a monster !! It is a thing of beauty. I have the Gigabyte DQ6, the north bridge has an impressive heatsink. See you at church !!

Dude he's getting an 8800GTS, he doesn't need that much power and a "cool racing stripe." Even the 520W corsair PSU would be great for his system.

Rofl indeed. If PC power and cooling are to be believed, your power supply is never too big. What's the 12v rail like on those?

I don't get it, the corsair has 36 what? The OCZ has 48 what? Where did you pull those garbage numbers from? The corsair has 50A and the OCZ is impossible to accurately determine based on the info in those links. You just added the 12's it seems...

Go Read the Reviews at JonnyGuru.Com which is probably the top review site for PSUs.

Jonny in the reviews actually compairs these two PSUs and clearly prefers the Corsair.

Well the corsair is actually a seasonic, which is one of the best manufacturers around, behind PCP&C of course, but PCP&C aren't cheap.

Dude you make no sense at all. Having lots of rails means nothing, in fact the best number is ONE 12V rail not 30 or something. I really don't know what those numbers you got are for. I think you are heavily misinformed.

The corsair PSU supplies 50A on the combined 12V rails.
The OCZ can not be accurately determined because they don't provide appropriate data on the label.
