My friend is going to buy a GTX 1650 Super. He needs a new PSU. I did suggest CX450 but it seems out if his budget. Now I'm not a PSU techy. So, no need to go into details. Just which one of the following PSUs will get the job done and won't take the PC with it when it fails (best if it doesn't):
  1. Antec VP450P Plus : https://www.startech.com.bd/antec-vp450p-plus-power-supply
  2. Corsair VS450 (Gray): https://www.startech.com.bd/corsair-vs450-power-supply
  3. Corsair CV450 (Gray): https://www.ryanscomputers.com/deta...tified-non-modular-power-supply-cp-9020209-uk
  4. Cooler Master MWE 450W V2 : https://www.ryanscomputers.com/deta...hite-certified-power-supply-mpe-4501-acabw-in
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
If you want, you can check the other PSUs in the 2 websites I mentioned and suggest if there's any better under 4000Tk price range.

And among 2 or 3, which would be better? Or are they both similar in terms of quality?
And I heard Antec V2 were good?

They're similar PSUs with the CV brought up to Bronze certifications.

The Antec VP 450 isn't appropriate for modern hardware. Once your GPU requires supplementary power, you're out of the basic, entry-level zone where this PSU is appropriate given that ancient design. The Cooler Master is the worst on the list, which uses an ancient design like the Antec, but it's even more cutrate and cheaply made by Solytech.

I wonder what you think about the Deepcool's DA-500 & 600? Are they worse for sure than the Corsair's CV, VS&CX 500-600 W equivalents? My thoughts are pretty much same - not to blow & burn. I was throwing an eye to the Deepcool's DQs, but they all are high-wattage and a bit costy where i live. I also wonder would be a DQ a better idea than a Corsair's CX. RMs are outside my budget.

I wouldn't purchase any PSU from Deep Cool except their Quanta series (the DQ ones) and then, only over the CV/VS and certainly not the modern CX. And even then, if they're pricey, there's probably a better one at the same price range.
There are Gamer Storm DQ-M which is daughter brand of Deepcool, it's even listed as Deepcool sometimes, it's basically somewhat less robust and simpler Corsair RMx, definitely better than Corsair CX, i'd pick it over Corsair TX-m or RM if it's cheaper even.
