Question Which PSU is good for my PC?

My computer specs:
Motherboard : Gigabyte a320m-s2h
CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega 11 integrated GPU
1 SATA SSD - 256 GB
1 HDD (7200) - 1 TB
Currently 8 GB RAM DDR4 (4*2)
Country : India

I will be increasing the RAM to 16 GB
What frequency should I buy the new RAM and should I increase it to 32 GB instead?

What power unit should I buy, since my earlier one failed today?
I was looking at Corsair CX650M, but unable to find it with any vendor online or otherwise. Don't know how good Gigabyte and Coolermaster PSUs are?

I also plan to put in a liquid cooler later this year, that's why I am going for 650 W.

do not buy coolermaster or gigabyte power supplies, go for a EVGA 600w Gold, it would be the best with your system.

I am not currently looking to spend that much on the pc, I was hoping to find a cheaper alternative around the range of corsair cx650m, also I found a corsair cv650 in a nearby shop today, but how would that be for my PC?

you don’t want to cheap out on psus, trying to cheap out could cause more money in repairs for damages than the psu, although unlikely, it’s better to be safe than sorry.

The CV650 is fine if you're simply going with the integrated graphics, but if you plan to upgrade to a discrete GPU that requires supplementary power, then ideally, you want something of better quality.

Thanks. I do not plan to upgrade to a discrete GPU. I will be sticking to the integrated one itself.
