Question Which PSU is more reliable - - - Corsair RM1000e or RM1000x ?

so im planning to upgrade psu, but im confused as to which 1000w psu is more reliable and trustworthy, would it be better to choose the newest psu version that's rm1000e or the 2021 version that is rm1000x?

RMx series has 10yr warranty, RMe 7yrs.

Some of differences favoring RMx quality is using Japanese capacitors instead of Taiwanese and better cooling fan.

Quality wise the RMx is way better but the RM1000e is ATX3.0 so it supports all the requirements of ATX3.0 like high frequent powerspikes of 200% while the RMx shut down at 130%.
