Hello,
I intend to build a new PC, here are the specs of the parts i plan on putting together,

LG 27" 1440p 144hz Monitor (may add another 1080p 22" monitor, a monitor lying around)
i5 13500 + Cooler like, hyper 212
Gigabyte B760M DS3H Ax
Corsair Vengeance DDR5 16GB x 2
RTX 4070/4070S (one of them)
1 TB M.2 NVME SSD x 2
SATA HDD 3.5 x 4
4 Fans

Is 750W PSU enough?

Which PSU will be Suitable for this build ?

Please also comment on whether these parts will work without bottleneck or not.

Thankyou

depends exactly on which 4070 or 4070s you are using find the one and check manufacturers website and see PSU recommendation ..
Personally id go a 850w min of anything these days for a little extra head room ..
I will agree with a decent corsair they have always been good to me so not issues with them !!

Your 13500 can handle a future gpu upgrade.
I would target a 850w psu, or even more.
The psu will only use the power demanded of it, regardless of the max capability.
Usually, the incremental cost of going from 750w to 850w or 950e is small, perhaps $20.
The key in selecting a psu is to find good quality.
In the absence of a good review, the warranty is a decent indicator of quality. 7 years is good 10+ is better.

Your 13100 comes with a decent stock cooler.
You could try that out first.

Gaming use does not create the heat that a fully loaded batch app does.
Still, nothing wrong with a simple tower type cooler like the hyper212.
I would buy a different cooler, the 212 is hard to mount properly.

Hello ,
Thankyou for the suggestion, i will go with 850W psu then, for cooler, i do not plan on using hyper 212 exactly but a similar tower like cooler, which cooler should i use? (budget low-to-mid)

on a 13500 Intel CPU's can be little heaters 13500 not so much try a deepcool AK500 ( digital gives you temp readout and a little tasteful rgb ) or a thermal right 120 phantom spirit evo ( dual tower may be a bit of over kill but will cool a 13500 easy ) both can be had on Ali express ( i usually pay with pay pal and have always gotten my item no issues )

Both of them cool my 7800x3d very well and both cheap and very good ..

A Noctua NH-U12A another great cooler but not cheap

Im about do slap either the Noctua NH-U12a or the thermalright phantom spirit 120 evo on a 14600kf for my all intel build and think both shall do the job fine !!

Good idea to go with the 850w. For cooling look at Noctua. They will have something quiet on offer. Alternatively look at Deepcool AK series. Excellent and quiet.

You don't need top of the range cooling for your CPU. There are decently priced mid ranged options. Just don't buy cheap junk, it will not last.

There is a bit more to consider.
What is the make/model of your case?
Air coolers have height limits.
The case specs will give you the height available for a cooler.
A normal ATX case might have 160mm available or more.
Some larger coolers might interfere with tall ram sticks.
The size of the fan impacts potential noise. 140m fans will be quieter than 120mm or 92mm fans.

Noctua maintains a list of suitable air coolers, here is the list for a i5-13500:
https://ncc.noctua.at/cpus/model/INTEL-Core-i5-13500-1655
The cheapest suitable might be the NH-U12s redux:
About $55, 158mm tall.
https://www.newegg.com/noctua-nf-p12-redux-1700-pwm/p/13C-0005-001N1?Item=9SIAADYDXC6850
The redux only has pre applied paste which is good for one mount.
NH-U12s includes a tube of paste, good for half a dozen mounts as well as a slightly better fan.
Most other similar coolers will do the job.
The value of Noctua is quality and quiet running.
I have used scythe before, and might buy the Mugen 5: for $55:
