Hi, I have $ 50 CAD to spend on a PSU. I'm certainly by no means an expert on PSUs but here are the ones I found:
https://www.amazon.ca/EVGA-Bronze-Warranty-Supply-100-BT-0450-K1/dp/B01N9X3F8F/ref=sr_1_23?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1511553541&sr=1-23&keywords=power+supply
https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438015&nm_mc=AFC-C8JunctionCA&cm_mmc=AFC-C8JunctionCA-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10592396&PID=3938566&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_source=afc-%zn
https://www.amazon.ca/EVGA-Warranty-Power-Supply-100-N1-0550-L1/dp/B01LYGJL0E/ref=sr_1_5?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1511553541&sr=1-5&keywords=power+supply
https://www.amazon.ca/Corsair-CP-9020119-NA-Active-Certified-Supply/dp/B01MXM83A3/ref=sr_1_8?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1511553541&sr=1-8&keywords=power%2Bsupply&th=1

They are all low-end power supplies, which is not a big deal because your system doesn't require much power even if you overclock the 65W TDP Ryzen 3 1200.

Pick your favorite one, they are all in the same tier of lower quality units.
