My build: (Changes to RAM, HDD, and mobo may be possible):
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wGCl

The two PSUs I am looking at:
Corsair Builder Series CX 500 80+ Bronze $55 (Heard mixed things on this one)
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0092ML0MY/?tag=pcpapi-20

Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W 80+ certified $50
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371030&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

A third(cheaper and lower wattage) option:
Antec VP-450 450W $42 after shipping
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371045&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

I would like to know if these PSUs are of good quality, which one is of the better quality, and whether or not they can support my system. I will not OC or use two gfx cards.
I also don't want to go higher than $60 w/shipping on a PSU. I will be ordering parts no later than this coming Monday.

The antec 520 should be a good choice; you'll need your own power cord, but most folks have an extra one laying around from previous builds. My old antec 350w still works after about 8 years of service.

Hm, didn't even notice it didn't come with one. This is my first build so I don't have any other cords(nor do I know anyone who does). Any other recommendations around the same price?

Hi - the cx500 you are considering nets to $30(after mir) at Newegg:

Well, I have to say I'm not too keen on ordering from a site I've never used. But if I can't find anything else I might resort to it(That is, if the XFX is a good one and can support my system).

The cx500 at Newegg is also a good find if I decide to go with it.
