[SOLVED] Which PSU should I get?

Which PSU should I get for my Asus Tuf Gaming 3080? (which I will receive later this month)
Corsair TX850M 850W
or
Corsair TX750M 750W

Is it worth to buy the more powerful one?

Or should I get an entirely other one?

750W will be perfectly fine in nearly all cases.

But if you plan on doing some heavier overclocking or use other very power hungry components, there is no harm in getting the 850W.

The TX are also excellent so no issues there.

Okay, thank you. I think I will stick to a 750 then.

Depends, the RM is no different really. The TXM is preferable over the RM. But the RMx or RMi are preferable over the TXM. However the RM series after 2018 after a 10 year warranty in comparison to the TX of 7.

So you do get 3 more years on the RM, but the quality on both is still excellent. If you had the option to get the RMx though, I'd choose that.
