Which PSU stronger?

Atx-500w or FSP400-60HCN I'm a beginner with what it comes to build and know the computers content and willing to learn what does his "pros and cons" of them both I would love to learn more about them if you have a direction with you want to direct me too I would love to learn more.

Depends what make and model that "Atx-500w" is, that's just a general information for it's size and power.
Some actually have much less power than declared.
What are you hoping to power with it ?

In order to answer that question properly, we'd need to know the exact make and model of each unit.

For example, an "EVGA Supernova 550GS" or "Corsair CX500".

well the ATX-500W is a generic name.... what brand ?

the FSP400-60CH as per http://www.fsp-group.com.tw/index.php?do=proinfo&id=1823 is not a great power supply at all, run of the mill DELL type desktop power supply efficiency set by 2013 rules equates to ~78%.. bleh

what are you connecting the suggested power supply to ? make/brand motherboard
