and Corsair csm650w
Which one do you think is better?
I'll run it with rx480 or 580 and i5 4590,12gb RAM and 3 drives

Ok so from what i understand you are looking for a quiet 600-700ishW psu?
This one might do the job just fine http://
There is also a RGB option if you like that sorta stuff.

As for your picks i would go with the CM Silent Pro 700W, seems more reliable.
