Which PSU to get

I'm looking to get a reliable, but affordable PSU for the GPU that I'm about to get since I only have an integrated one at the moment. My computer is a Dell XPS 8300 with a OEM mobo and currently a 460W power supply (Also OEM)

CPU: i5-2300 2.8 ghz
GPU: ZOTAC GTX 660
RAM: 6 GB DDR3 PC3-10600, DDR3 PC3-12800, DDR3
HDD: Hitachi 1 TB 7200 RPM

Is it running? Why do you need upgrade? 460 watt is enough.

At the moment I have an integrated GPU but im looking to get a GTX 660, which is why I'm asking which power supply I should upgrade to.
