Which PSU to get??

Hello everyone i basically need help deciding on what PSU to get as i am rubbish at telling which one to buy, anyways my build is as follows:
i5-3570k O/c to 4.2ghz
Radeon Hd XFX 7970 ( o/c maybe to 1000mhz) <<< not 100% sure
corsair Vengeance 2x4gb
ASrock z75 pro3
corsair h80i
blu-ray player
seagate barracuda 7200rpm 1TB HDD
7 total case fans(including 2 from cpu cooler)
This is kinda on a budget so as cheap as possible while not losing out on quality ( as much as possible anyway)

No, i did mean the z75 as the difference between the two is minor and the mother board is compatable with everything i want to do.
But thank you for the help with the PSU's i wil probably go for the antec

Good choice on the PSU, $30mir. I've had good luck with mir's usually 3 weeks.
Yeah, Z75 a lot less $$ than a Z77. And that Antec is Seasonic built.

You will be safe getting and of the Seasonics. Go with a modular one if you can afford it so that you only have to have the cables in your case that you need.
