About GPU was planning to replace my old R7 260x with GIGABYTE RX 570 AORUS 4GB.

But don't know about PSU. On pcpartpicker narrowd it down to these but don't know which to choose and if 450w would be enough (though I doubt I would ever go OC), or if there are better product. Budget is 80-90 € maximum, I live in the EU.

The Corsair is a Small Form Factor, so you wouldn't really need this unless you have a SFF build.

I'd opt for the Seasonic FOCUS Gold out of them - 7 year warranty. The Focus+ is better however. A good quality 450W should be fine for a RX570.
