Hello guys, I will be building my first PC and I'd like some help

CPU : INTEL CORE I7-2600K 3.40 GHZ LGA1155 - BOX
MOBO : ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3
RAM : CORSAIR CMZ8GX3M2A1600C8 VENGEANCE 8GB (2X4GB) PC3-12800 CL8 DUAL CHANNEL KIT
1 DVD/CD drive combo
HDD : 2x 500 GB, 7200 RPM SATA 3 HDD's

For the time being ill be using my old nVidia GT220 as a GPU, untill I upgrade.

I am looking forward to upgrade the GPU and my hard disks, preferably to an AMD 7750 or 7770
I will be buying an SSD in the future, maybe 1-2 years?

My problem now is that i know nothing about PSU. If anyone can help on what PSU I can buy, or what is the recommended wattage it would be great!

PS. Q: If I overclock, will I require a more powerful PSU?

For a system using a single Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 23 Amps or greater and have at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated @ 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most important factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) will require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock you are trying to achieve.
