Which PSU would be better for me?

I'm currently looking at a PSU for my build which is:

CPU - intel i5-4590
MOBO - ASRock H97m
GPU - r9 290
RAM - 8gb 2x4 Crucial
Storage - 850 evo 250gb/ WD 1TB

I'm only planning on OCing the GPU, but not by much. The two PSUs I have in mind are the EVGA 600b and the Seasonic 650w. I'm leaning towards the Seasonic since it's such a better quality. The only thing getting in the way is price. But, I don't know enough about PSUs, so I don't want to save a few dollars and potentially end up killing my PC. Plus, the Seasonic is running at $60 w/ MIR so I'm liking that.

Also, if there are any other sub $100 PSUs that you recommend throw them in as well. I'm looking for 600-650w
