i assuring myself to tx 850 because it have 70 amp
which is future safe for me i dont need any modular system
any suggestion many thanks for it
note: i have corsair 400 r :hello:

Solution
The tx 850 will handle any upgrades you want to do (sli), but the hx 650 will be more power efficent.

If you see your self upgrading to sli than go for the tx 850.

But if you dont see your self going sli get the hx 650 to save a bit on your electricity bill.

get the tx 850 if you plan to upgrade in future Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 570

On your average system the card requires you to have a 600 Watt power supply unit.

GeForce GTX 570 in 2-way SLI

A second card requires you to add another ~225 Watts. You need a 750+ Watt power supply unit if you use it in a high-end system (800+ to a KiloWatt is recommended if you plan on any overclocking). http://www.guru3d.com/article/geforce-gtx-570-sli-review/13
