As WR2 said, it will fit in your case. Since the CX430 isn't on the site, the Antec VP-450 is the way to go. If the CX430 is available in the shop and is less expensive than the VP-450, then go for it. If available and they are the same price, then get the VP-450.
Here is an independent web review of the Thermaltake Litepower W0293RU 450W Power Supply which got a decent review.
But you can't assume that '500W' model is as good or even if it's been made by the same PSU ODM for Thermaltake to sell.
What are your system specs? I would stay away from the Coolermaster Extreme series of PSUs. Most of them that are rated above 430W are lying on the labels.
In the world of PSUs you get what you pay for...don't cheap out on the most important part of your PC.
The Corsair CX430W has had regular rebates/discounts that take the price down to about $16-17. That's your best bet for quality at a discount price. Of course, if you don't provide your system specs, then we can't tell if this PSU is sufficient for your build.

This is my current one,
but I am replacing it with
a GTS 450 or GT440 so I need a PCI connector
an Asrock H61M-DGS or Biostar H61-MGC
a LGA1155 i3-2100
and 4gb of RAM.
The Corsair CX430 is more than sufficient for your planned upgrade. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026&Tpk=cx430
The last $20 rebate ended on 23April. You just missed it, but rebates have been coming out on this PSU around once a month...get on the Newegg mailing list if you're not aleady on it.

Sorry, I forgot to tell you I am from the Philippines, they don't ship here. But Thanks for the help! 😀

From that site, The least expensive model that I would go with is the Antec VP-450. It's less expensive than the Coolermaster Extreme 500W and a better PSU.

So which one? Antec VP-450 or CX430 V2?
Also will this fit in my case?
