Hello, I am building my own PC and I'm wondering which power supply I need for an i7 6700 and a R9 Furry X 4G. Here where I live I can't find power supplys such as Corsair/Evga.

I can get a CoolerMaster V1000/V850 but I guess I don't need as much power. Second choice would be Thermaltake Toughpower 750W but I'm not sure how reliable it is... thanks

I'd go with the Thermaltake Toughpower 750W.

You don't need that much power, but the CM V850 is a very good PSU and you would be able to Xfire your video card if you ever needed too.

750w is a decent one made by Enhance , 1000w is even better quality made by SEASONIC.

No risk you just have extra power for further upgrades down the line.
