Which should I buy?? The price difference between these two cards is just $2.00 only. MSI is $2 more expensive

Sapphire R7-265 2GB GDDR5 256Bit == 900MHz core (Boost:925) ==
vs
MSI R7-265 2GB DDR5 OC ==900MHz Core (Boost:955MHz)==

Which brand is better in terms of performance and quality?

And is the R7 265 future-proof for games that I'll play on 720p?? about a how many years will it be rendered useless on games?

Or should I wait 2 more weeks to earn $100 more and spend $300 on GTX 960/R9 270x/280x to be really future-proof?

Oh well I'll just play on weekends ~.~

Only MSI R9 270 available in our place... $4 more and you'll get Gigabyte R9 270x..
I'm asking if the R7 265 will be able to play most games on 720p up to 2 years? mid settings.
Because my next target would be Intel-motherboards and Core i3 4150/60

nope it won't it is already considered useless on newer titles because newer games are resource hogs on memory i would save for the 960 or the new amd gpus that are due any time now

also i don't know where your from but a 960 costs 210$ usd and a r9 270x is a big step from a r7 265 so get the r9 270 from gigabyte if you can't save or wait

it should be ok , you can play all games in max setting in 720p above 30fps , and if you are ok with medium setting you can play future games without problem

You two confuse me.
Shadows1234, In here (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2554932/mid-end-gaming-play-week.html) timelass says 265 is more than enough for 720p gaming. If you say the games are memory hogs, then I should buy one more RAM, then.

Its issue for me to buy expensive cards since I will only use the gaming PC for 2 days a week. Or just 1-2 hours a day ... Rigt after I get home from work. I think it would be as waste to own 960gtx for these reasons.. I might get the sapphire dualx r9 270x rather than gtx 960..

So Sapphire R9-270X Dual X OC 2GB DDR5 Boost should be enough?

1020 MHz Core Clock
28 nm Chip
1280 x Stream Processors
Video Memory
2048 MB Size
256 -bit GDDR5
5600 MHz Effective

If I'm to play 1080p gaming on a 23inch monitor. (will buy after like 4 months). Currently I have 19.5 inch.
