which card should i buy?
price doesn't matter.
i will be overclocking.
which will give me better performance before and after overclocking?

I am personally picking the Sapphire dual fan model. I ordered it late last week here in Canada and can't wait to get it. What a sweet, mid-range powerful card. Good choice in picking one.

MSi one is better as it will be a better oerclocker.

i would go with the sapphire one instead because of the two fans and i personally think sapphire is better than msi

I personally don't favour Sapphire over MSI, but the Sapphire card has better cooling, and considering the fact that you're overclocking it might be best for you.
