Which r9 380 should I get?

So I'm buying a AMD R9 380, I narrowed it down to four, and I don't know which ones the best, and yes I do want to do sOME overclocking.

A) XFX Radeon R9 380 2GB Double Dissipation Video Card
B) MSI Radeon R9 380 2GB Video Card
C) Asus Radeon R9 380 2GB Video Card
D) Gigabyte Radeon R9 380 2GB Video Card

some of them have $10 'mail-in rebates' and I have no idea what they are.

Msi asus and gigabyte are on the same level of quality, im not sure about xfx.

So i would take the cheapest one of those
