Which Radeon card is equivalent to Nvidia GeForce GTX1060?

Is it Radeon RX70? RX80? I'm talking in terms of performance such as fps, graphics quality etc. The price of Radeon is generally cheaper than GeForce.

1060 comes in 2 variants 3GB and 6GB. These 2 cards are not only different in the VRAM size but also on many more things.
The 3GB variant is noticeably weaker than the 6GB brother.
RX580 comes in 2 variants, 4GB and 8GB. The difference is only in VRAM size.
RX570? there is nothing much needed to say about this being weaker than 580. Having 8GB on 570 does not really help much, stick with 4GB.

570 4GB, 570 8GB, 580 4GB 580 8GB, 1060 3GB or 1060 6GB?

If you have the money, only narrow down your options to RX580 8GB and GTX1060 6GB. These 2 are more or less equal.

I'll choose RX580 8GB. But I have a game that requires more than that. If I OC (overclock) the GPU, will it work properly? (I'm going at a minimum.)

OCing a GPU is easy nowadays and you should do it, in my opinion.
Just pay attention to the system stability, gpu temp, etc.

I was OCing my GTX970 as high as possible before the GTX1080 was available
