Which Radeon R9 270X is best for me?

So, I have pretty much decided that the Radeon R9 270X is going to be the card for me. Now the problem is narrowing it down from the following:

ASUS Radeon R9 270X R9270X-DC2T-2GD5 Video Card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121802)
vs.
SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon R9 270X 100364VXL OC WITH BOOST Video Card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202059)
vs.
MSI Radeon R9 270X R9 270X HAWK Video Card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127760)

They each have good cooling systems, and their own pros and cons. I'm leaning towards the Sapphire, but I'm curious as to if the OpenGL 4.2 (other cards have 4.3) makes any sort of difference.

The openGL is the same for all the cards at 4.3. It only depends if you want either overclocking or silence. The Vapor X is a good choice IMO.
