Which RAID is right for me?

These are the current drives I own:
1 TB HDD x1
120 GB Force 3 SSD x2
500 GB Samsung EVO SSD x1
I want to keep the HDD as my Ubuntu storage, but I think I want to do some sort of raid config b/w the SSDs to utilize their speed. However, all I really need to make sure is that I have ubuntu and windows in this setup.

Does anybody have any advice as to which RAID/setup I should use for windows 7 and ubuntu on these drives?

Which RAID? That all depends on what you need it to do.

You don't need RAID with those drives. System Restore and regular backups is all you need.

For desktop use, RAID is overkill. The speed gains for what you can do on your PC are in reality negligible...while the risks of losing data increase drastically.

RAID has one major benefit if you are a desktop PC user. If you absolutely must have a single "drive" assigned over multiple hard drives (i.e. Windows Media Center allows one recording drive), and you need 16TB of space - using RAID0 to stripe four 4GB drives makes sense (although by doing this - you are four times more likely to suffer data loss - as you have 4 times the drives that can fail).

Speed wise, if Windows boots in 7 seconds with standard drives (no RAID), it might boot in 6.88 seconds with RAID.
