Go with the Corsair IMO. I have much better luck with their RAM staying cool and stable vs OCZ and Gskill. Never used Geil but I've heard they were good too. And the lower required voltage is good because it may show that it can run the same clocks as the others without requiring the extra voltage, and therefore be more stable.
