Get the one that is clocked higher. It'll be the faster of the two, assuming your motherboard and CPU support it.

You won't see any difference in performance, however you may as well go for the 2133 ram for only 1 dollar more.

There probably won't be any difference unless you're using an iGPU, at that price though, I would pay the tiny bit extra to get the faster 2133MHz RAM.

Low latency DDR3 1600 or 1866 is the sweet spot.

Even if you can get 2133 for the same price, you may actually see lower gaming performance because the timings are slower.

Look for CL 7 or 8 DDR3 1600, or maybe CL 8 or 9 DDR3 1866.
