32 GB [8 GB x4] DDR4-2800 or 64 GB [8 GB x8] DDR4-2133

I will be using this ram for intense gaming and editing, processing large videos, which one is better for my build

You could get this PSU for the same price, except for it is better quality, it's platinum instead of gold, and it has 100 extra watts. Just disregard that red note because I can't find the cooler you mentioned in the list, so is this the kind of build/budget you're going for?

Edit: I have the PSU that's in the list and so far it is working perfectly with no problems at all, more power is always nice when they're the same price.

Then 32GB would do fine for you since you're not going up to 4k and it won't be so demanding.

Ram doesn't really have much to do with being on 4k or not its about video ram not regular system ram it would run fine even with 8GB of ram

Sure, with the stuff you'll be doing as you said you would "intensely" , I'd expect you'll want 32GB instead of 16GB.

i was only replying to your comment saying 32Gb is fine assuming hes not going to 4k so i said that wouldn't make any difference even if he went to 8k on 32GB of ram

Well then, a 5960x, now that's intense. If you are want a very long term without upgrade, I'd go for 32GB and never have to worry about it ever again. As intensely as your build is, I assume you'll be doing A LOT of stuff at once, so 32GB would be much more beneficial and give yourself a bit a room rather than being a bit close to the breaking point. Now sure why you chose some of those parts if you have no budget limit, I'd expect the best of the best parts like PSU, mobo, or SSD. And once again, since you have no limit with money, I have no idea why anyone would go with something that will be "fine for now" and not just get it over with all at once.

Edit: I was expecting something like Asrock Extreme11 mobo, Evga supernova 1600w, or 2-3 TB of Samsung 850 pros.

computer that is above $1500 is crazy overboard as cost/performance is severely degraded.
