Here's the RAM I don't know which to choose from:

I don't plan on doing any manual overclocking, just xmp set and forget setting but which is better out of these 2?

Thankyou :)

Would there be much difference between 16-16-16-36 Timings and 16-19-19-39 Timings?

First one with better timings is £170, The second one is £128

Yes, going to take my 1660ti from my current system that was bought for me as a gift this Christmas just gone.

Idk about the Neo and what your Qvl is showing about what die it is but I have the g.skill trident z royal gold 2x8 16 16 16 16 36 which is on my qvl for my Asus rog strix x470 f gaming as samsung b-die and thaiphoon burner confirmed it is.
I have it running @3733
15 15 15 15 30 45 @1.35v

Should be fine. Qvl only list tested ram at that point in time.

Hynix also supplies CL 16 IC chips. Nonetheless, the Neo's are probably Samsung Bdie (Hard to know, as info on it is not readily available), but either way, will be good. Hynix/Micron ram IC chip issues were a problem for first gen Ryzen which bios updates improved. IC chips used now on 3rd gen isn't an issue, just a matter of ram design running with better timings.
