[SOLVED] Which RAM is better?

So i have two ram sticks,both of them are 4gb ddr3 1333mhz,i know i could use them both.
But i just wanna know which one's better
The other one looks alot smaller and has 8 black thingies on each site(total=16) and the other one looks alot bigger but only has the black thingies on one side(total = 8)
What's the difference?

The only differences between the two, given the info provided, is that one of them had 8 chips of greater capacity, while the other had 16 of lesser. Exact arrangements and timings may differ, but is impossible to say without things like part number and so on.

Just use them both, if they work well together.

I doubt these sticks of RAM will operate together in dual-channel mode and they may even operate with slower timings than either stick would by itself.
It's always best to use RAM from a kit (2 or 4 sticks) to ensure proper operation.
